TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESPONSIBILITY
HighRoller Adventures, as engaged in contracting
suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection with any itinerary,
shall act only as an agent in making arrangements for air and/or
ground transportation, accommodations, or any other service provided
within the terms of the solicited itinerary, and does not assume
any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident,
failure, omission or delay to person or property due to an act
of default of any carrier, hotel, company, or person rendering any of
the services included in the trip package, or by act of God. Furthermore,
no responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions,
delays, rerouting or acts of any government or authority.
The payment rendered by the client for all reserved services as detailed in his/her
billing shall constitute consent to all provisions as described above.
Note: HighRoller Adventures recommends that the Purchaser/Traveler
acquire traveler’s health insurance, if the Purchaser/Traveler current
health insurance does not provide coverage outside the country that it
was issued.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
No warranties or guarantees, express or implied, are made that the
fishing charter package will meet all of the Purchasers/Traveler’s
expectations, mainly regarding weather conditions or fishing productiveness.
PAYMENT
To purchase a fishing charter package requires a non-refundable
deposit of 50% of the value of the package. Full payment is due
75 days before departure. All reservations made within 60 days
of the departure date require full payment. If the final portion of
the package price is not paid when required, HighRoller Adventures
has the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.
Note: HighRoller Adventures advises the Purchaser to buy trip
insurance to cover unexpected trip cancellations.
NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE
Rates do not include: International Airfare, porterage at hotel,
tips to Captain and mates and any items and expenses of a personal
nature.
PRICING: All pricing for charters and lodging
are subject change.
REFUNDS
No refunds are given for any unused pre-paid services included in
the fishing charter package or any other tour or changes made to the
itinerary while en route. This includes changes in hotel accommodations,
excursions and transportation. If exceptional circumstances occur, HighRoller
Adventures will determine, if any, the amount of the refund. However,
no refund requests will be considered while the Purchaser is en route.
The decision of HighRoller Adventures is final.
