Your
excellent fishing experience will not be the only thing
you'll write home about on this vacation. You will be stunned and
amazed at this incredible new Eco Lodge located on a 165 acre private
preserve.
Your
front yard is the Gulfo Dulce. Your backyard is attached
to the Piedras Blancas National Park which covers over 30,000
acres of protected pristine tropical Rainforest. This lodge
a one of a kind! The only access is by boat!! It
is a nature lover's dream.
As
you approach the property by boat (a 30 minute ride
from Pt. Jimenez) the first thing your eyes will focus on
is the dramatic cliffs overlooking the beautiful beach and
seashore. This side (the east side) of the Gulf is incredibly
scenic and private. There are no roads...and no traffic.
This
owner-operated Eco Lodge was built with one thing
in mind... Environmental Preservation. The main level
of the lodge is open-air and on the 2nd floor. This puts
you at eye level with the surrounding canopy. This is
where you'll find the bar & restaurant. You'll also
have beautiful views of the Gulf and the surrounding mountain
sides from here.
While
on the 2nd floor, you'll truly appreciate the giant
hardwood beams and planks used in the engineering of this
gorgeous guesthouse. Note: Only felled trees were used during
this construction. You can view exotic birds and wildlife
from anywhere you sit and relax.
Three
meals a day will be served by our chef, using only
the freshest fruits and vegetables , and fresh local sea foods.
You haven't lived until you have had a candle-light dinner
in the jungle. The ambiance in the main room is incredible
and so is the food.
Front
Door Service is what we provide during your stay
with us. We will pick you up when you arrive in Pt. Jimenez
at the airport, and deliver you to the lodge (a 30 minute
boat ride across the Gulf). The day of your departure, we
will deliver you by boat, back to Pt. Jimenez and to the airport.
On
your fishing days we will pick you up at 7am and
drop you off at 3pm on your dock. (This is one, of only 2
lodges on the Gulfo Dulce that have their own private dock.
It is a HUGE bonus!)
The
accommodations include 4 beautiful, private bungalows
and the Mango Guesthouse with 4 more bedrooms. We can sleep
up to 20.
All
rooms have canopied beds, ceiling fans, private terraces
and private bathrooms with hot water showers.
You'll
love the open-air garden showers in the bungalows!
